This project covers the complex detailed engineering and procurement services for the Sewage Treatment Package at the Shuqaiq Steam Power Plant Project in Saudi Arabia. To precisely satisfy the demanding industrial plant standards mandated by the owner and the main EPC contractor (Hyundai Heavy Industries), comprehensive multi-disciplinary engineering documentation was managed alongside hardware delivery. The mechanical scope involved manufacturing and assembling 3 sets of high-performance MBR Units utilizing 0.1-micron Hollow Fiber membranes, dedicated Chemical Dosing Skids, and integrated roots blowers with acoustic hoods. Additionally, the procurement package successfully addressed heavy-duty construction requirements by delivering a pre-fabricated 36-line high-grade stainless steel piping spool network for the Boiler Wash Water Neutralization Basin, ensuring reliable interconnected operations under severe Middle Eastern coastal conditions.
