




Execution of multi-disciplinary piping design engineering, including 2D layout generation, PDS-based 3D modeling, pipe stress analysis, and structural rack calculations for the S-Oil RUCP Wastewater Treatment Package (Area 4 WWT).
This project covers the comprehensive detailed piping engineering and design services for the Wastewater Treatment Package (Area 4 WWT) under the S-OIL RUCP (Residue Upgrading Complex Project). To deliver constructability and structural integrity aligned with global refinery standards, the scope spanned reviewing P&IDs/G.A. drawings down to finalizing Piping Arrangements and Pipe Support details. Reflecting high-safety plant criteria, the engineering included critical Pipe Stress Analysis and Pipe Rack structural integrity calculations . Utilizing PDS software, high-precision 3D modeling was executed to manage milestone design reviews (at 30%, 60%, and 90% completion stages) and perform rigorous clash checks, delivering verified isometric drawings and cross-checked Bills of Materials (BOM) to eliminate on-site installation risks.
