A partial EPC project for the pure water (WT) and wastewater (WWT) treatment facilities at the Samyang Innochem Gunsan plant. The scope included basic and detailed piping engineering (3000MH) and the manufacturing and supply of key mechanical equipment: AFM, microfilters, and Mixed Bed Polishers (MBP) for WT, along with MBR modules, a filter press (dehydrator), and a wet scrubber for WWT. While general piping installation and control panels (MCC) were excluded (except for diffusers and FRP covers), all necessary field instruments (flowmeters, pressure gauges, etc.) and manual valves were supplied. Commissioning activities, including wastewater microbial seeding, were also successfully executed.

Highlights

What this project proved.

  • Engineering of a 15m³/hr WT system and supply of AFM, MF, and MBP equipment (excluding RO package).
  • Engineering of a 10m³/hr WWT system and supply of MBR modules, a 5000L/Cycle filter press, and an 80CMM wet scrubber.
  • Execution of basic and detailed piping engineering (3000MH), including the supply and installation of membrane diffusers and FRP covers.
  • Supply of comprehensive field instruments for flow, pressure, level, and water quality measurement, along with microbial seeding and commissioning.
